“HUCSC X" is a platform where clubs, or any student organizing an event can reach out to the events portfolio to discuss ways in which we can help enhance your event.

Whilst clubs might not be in the events portfolio, I believe that all student council events can be supported by the events porfolio, deciding if we are collaborating or supporting the event, and helping with the logistics, execution, planning, funding, or any other aspect.

"HUCSC X" will start as a digital form which any club executive, faculty representative, or event planer to reach out to the events portfolio, tell us the details of the event, and what aspect you need help with. 

​

After reviewing the form, the events portfolio can set up a consultation to discuss further detail on how to proceed, and the specific way in which we can help you bring your event to the next level.

HUCSCX would also allow for student council to support campus and faculty innitiatives which help our students, boosting and enhancing events such as Hurons pitch competition, helping student businesess by providing an even larger prize.
